Mulkia Investment Co.'s net profit declined by 31% to SAR 16.7 million in 2025, compared to SAR 24.3 million a year earlier.

The company attributed the decline in profits primarily to lower operating revenues, which fell to SAR 42.4 million from SAR 46.2 million in 2024.

 

This was driven by a SAR 6.8 million drop in non-recurring investment and asset management fees, partially offset by a SAR 3.8 million increase in fund management fees and a SAR 200,000 decrease in dividend and private commission income.

 

Operating expenses rose by SAR 2.5 million in 2025, while Zakat charges increased by SAR 1 million, including prior-year adjustments. These effects outweighed a SAR 3.2 million gain from fair-value investments.

In H2 2025, net income retreated 56.1%, compared with SAR 15.7 million in H2 2024.

 

Net income decreased by 29.6% compared to SAR 9.79 million in H1 2025.

 

Shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, stood at SAR 98.63 million by Dec. 31, 2025, compared to SAR 97.23 million a year earlier.
