Miahona Co. posted profits of SAR 72.4 million by the end of 2025, up 78% compared with SAR 40.7 million in the same period of 2024.

The company attributed profit growth during the current period to higher consolidated revenues, mainly driven by increased development and construction revenues, which contributed to the rise in gross profit.

 

It also reported higher other income during the current period.

On a sequential basis, Miahoma turned to a net loss compared with a net profit of SAR 4.56 million in Q3 2025.

 

Shareholders’ equity, excluding minority interest, stood at SAR 474.7 million by the end of Dec. 31, 2025, up from SAR 442.47 million in the year-ago period.
