Horizon Educational Co. reported earnings of SAR 9.9 million for the fiscal year (FY) ended June 2025, down 3% from SAR 10.2 million a year earlier.

The annual profit decline was due to lower revenue as the number of students enrolled in the company’s educational facilities fell year-on-year (YoY) in FY2024/25. This was in addition to recording expenses from leasing a new building based on standard No. 16 for property rentals, albeit the building remained unoccupied in FY2024/25.

However, the H2 2024/25 net earnings rose 12.4% to SAR 5.26 million, from SAR 4.68 million in the same period a year before.

 

The six-month net income also increased 12.3% from SAR 4.68 million in H1 2024/25.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, stood at SAR 74.10 million as of June 30, 2025, compared to SAR 71.65 million in the year before.
