The profit growth was mainly driven by higher revenues, following the opening of a new branch in Dhahrat Laban district and an increase in student enrollment at the Al Wurud district branch.
On a sequential basis, the company’s earnings rose 49.9%, from SAR 5.26 million in H2 2024/2025.
Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, reached SAR 82 million as of Dec. 31, 2025, compared to SAR 72.61 million a year earlier.
