The profit growth was attributed to higher revenues driven by increased operational capacity, including the expansion of clinics and hiring additional doctors to meet rising demand.
The company also reported growth in the number of patients, both returning and new, across its various clinic services.
This was partially offset by additional operating expenses related to the newly opened second branch in Al-Malqa district in Q3 2025.
On a sequential basis, net income declined 34.7% from SAR 3.92 million in H2 2024.
Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, stood at SAR 41.4 million as of the end of H1 2025, compared to SAR 18.6 million in the prior-year period.
