The decline in profit was mainly due to the company’s expansion strategy, which led to higher operating expenses from newly opened branches and their initial operating costs before reaching financial maturity.
Profit margins were also temporarily impacted by intensive promotional campaigns aimed at increasing market share and strengthening the brand in new expansion areas.
This came despite higher sales during the year, driven by effective marketing campaigns, geographic expansion through new branch openings, product diversification, and the introduction of new offerings aligned with market needs and enhancing brand appeal.
In H2 2025, net profit dropped 55.6% to SAR 3.67 million, from SAR 8.28 million in H2 2024.
Sequentially, the six-month bottom line declined 3.8% from SAR 3.8 million in H1 2025.
