Marketing Home Group for Trading Co. (Build Station), which is preparing to list on TASI, posted a net profit of SAR 28.9 million for the first half of 2025, up 21% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 23.8 million.

The profit growth was supported by a 2% YoY increase in revenue, driven by higher sales in the ceramics and sanitaryware segment, an improved gross profit margin from 54% to 55%, and a rise in operating margin from 16% in H1 2024 to 19% in H1 2025.

 

In Q2 2025, net profit surged 543.5% to SAR 16.2 million from SAR 2.5 million a year earlier. Quarter-on-quarter, profit rose 25.9% from SAR 12.79 million.
