Hawyia Auctions Co. recorded a net profit of SAR 28.3 million in 2025, a rise of 13% from SAR 25.1 million in the year-earlier period.

The profit growth was mainly driven by higher revenues from the real estate marketing and auctions segments, following the execution of several transactions and projects during 2025.

In addition, operating performance and revenue growth improved across the company’s key business segments, which supported overall profitability.

 

H2 2025 net earnings rose 17.4% to SAR 11.01 million, compared to SAR 9.38 million in H2 2024.

 

On a sequential basis, net profit declined 36.2% from SAR 17.25 million in H1 2025.
