Obeikan Glass Co. posted a net profit of SAR 29.1 million after minority interest during the first nine months of 2025, compared with SAR 33.2 million in the prior-year period.

Before minority interest, the net profit reached SAR 24 million during the nine-month period, compared with SAR 29.9 million a year before.

 

Despite higher revenues, 9M profit declined due to an increase in raw material prices along with higher general and administrative expenses.

The third-quarter net profit rose 1.4% to SAR 10.3 million from SAR 10.1 million a year earlier, spurred by strong revenues on higher average selling prices of the company’s products.

 

On a sequential basis, net profit fell 19.2% from SAR 12.71 million in Q2 2025.

 

Shareholders’ equity, after minority interest, declined to SAR 533.5 million as of Sept. 30, 2025, from SAR 574.8 million a year earlier.
