Revenues dropped 18% year-on-year to SAR 73.33 million in 2025, on recognition of unrealized investment losses and the negative impact on some services due to the decline in financial market performance.
This was partially offset by higher management and subscription fees, and lower special commission income that decreased by 10% representing income from Murabaha financing transactions.
Advisory services income from investment banking services decreased 25%, brokerage services commission slipped 35%, and investments at fair value through profit or loss declined 210%.
Net operating income also decreased by 59%, due lower revenues and despite a 9% increase in special commission income.
Yaqeen Capital reported a net loss of SAR 7.7 million in H2 2025, against a profit of SAR 12.24 million in H2 2024.
Compared with the previous period, the company turned to losses versus a profit of SAR 12.82 million in H1 2025.
