Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co. posted an 8% profit rise in 2025 to SAR 81.3 million, compared to SAR 75.3 million in the year-earlier period.

The profit growth was attributed to higher sales, which increased by SAR 129 million due to higher volumes sold in the industrial and agricultural sectors, along with increased other income and lower Zakat expenses.

 

However, selling and distribution expenses, general and administrative costs, and financing costs increased.

The fourth-quarter net earnings inched up 1.1% to SAR 8.26 million from SAR 8.17 million in Q4 2024.

 

On a sequential basis, the bottom line plunged 58.6% from SAR 19.93 million in Q3 2025.

Shareholders’ equity, with no minority interest, rose to SAR 798.98 million as of Dec. 31, 2025, from SAR 754.94 million a year earlier.
