The company attributed achieving profitability to higher revenues driven by improved shrimp production efficiency, increased market demand, enhanced local distribution channels, and expansion into new export markets.

This resulted in a 49.5% year-on-year (YoY) increase in total shrimp sales and overall revenues rising by 37% YoY to SAR 107.8 million in 2025 from SAR 78.7 million.

Additional factors included the recovery of shrimp production following early 2024 losses, gains of SAR 25.6 million from the fair value revaluation of key assets, and higher average selling prices in both local and export markets.

Finally, the reversal of Zakat provisions of SAR 9.1 million after settling historical liabilities from 2006 to 2023 also contributed to the overall profit.

In Q4 2025, the company reduced its net loss by 88.6% to SAR 9.25 million, compared with SAR 81 million in Q4 2024.

Sequentially, the company reduced losses by 35% compared to losses of SAR 14.22 million in Q3 2025.
