SEDCO Capital REIT Fund reported FFO of SAR 78 million (SAR 0.42 per unit) in 2025, compared to SAR 69 million (SAR 0.37 per unit) a year earlier.
The annual net profit surged to SAR 79 million (SAR 0.42 per unit), from SAR 14 million (SAR 0.08 per unit) in 2024.

The rise in net profit was buoyed by a 25% rise year-on-year (YoY) in rental income and a SAR 34 million reversal of impairment on real estate investments, compared with a SAR 24 million impairment in the prior period.
The increase was also supported by a 5% decline YoY in management fees and the recognition of SAR 5 million in non-refundable income from a property sale.
This came despite a 34% increase in depreciation expenses and a rise of SAR 37.5 million in finance costs, while expected credit loss provisions declined to SAR 3 million from SAR 6 million in the prior period.
