Net profit rose to SAR 103.7 million (SAR 0.64 per unit) by the end of 2025, representing a 17% increase compared with SAR 88.4 million (SAR 0.54 per unit) in 2024.
The annual profit increase was mainly driven by a 12% YoY rise in rental income to reach SAR 278.1 million in 2025, supported by a 17% jump in income from investment properties compared to the same period last year.
In addition, property management expenses, management fees, and other related costs declined in 2025.
