Aldrees profit increases 9% to SAR 110.1M in Q1 2026

Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. reported a net profit rise of 9% to SAR 110.1 million in Q1 2026, compared to SAR 101.1 million in the year-earlier period, on higher sales from the petrol and transport divisions.

The profit growth was also backed by increased income from bank deposits and other income, as well as higher returns from investments in the joint venture project and sukuk. This was partially offset by higher marketing and selling expenses, general and administrative expenses, financing costs, and Zakat expenses.

 

On a quarterly basis, net earnings fell 1.3% from SAR 111.6 million in Q4 2025.

Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, reached SAR 1.58 billion by March 31, 2026, compared to SAR 1.37 billion in a year earlier period.
