Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Co. widened 2025 net loss to SAR 2.29 billion, from SAR 1.8 billion a year earlier.

Q4 2025 net loss stood at SAR 685.5 million, compared to SAR 685.6 million in the prior-year period.

 

On a sequential basis, Saudi Kayan deepened losses from SAR 336.2 million in Q3 2025.

 

Total shareholders’ equity (no minority interest) amounted to SAR 9.19 billion as of Dec. 31, 2025, compared to SAR 11.5 billion in a year earlier period.

 

Accumulated losses reached SAR 6.52 billion by Dec. 31, 2025, accounting for 43.47% of capital.
