Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) widened 2025 net loss to SAR 41.2 million, compared to SAR 16.5 million a year earlier.

However, revenues grew in 2025 due to higher sales of motor and medical insurance policies.

Q4 2025 net profit stood at SAR 1.3 million, versus a net loss of SAR 47.3 million in the prior-year period.

 

The insurer turned to a net profit from a net loss of SAR 57.6 million in Q3 2025.

 

Total shareholders’ equity (no minority interest) amounted to SAR 222.2 million as of Dec. 31, 2025, compared to SAR 253.1 million in the year-earlier period.

 

Accumulated loss stood at SAR 133.56 million by Dec. 31, 2025, accounting for 46% of capital.
