Seera Group Holding reported a net profit of SAR 74 million after minority interest for the first nine months of 2025, compared with SAR 131 million in the year-earlier period.
Before minority interest, the nine-month net earnings reached SAR 122 million, compared with SAR 174 million a year before.

The company recorded exceptional losses of SAR 63 million for the current period, compared to none in the corresponding period of the previous year.

 

This was offset by a 20% increase in revenues in 2025 to SAR 3.7 billion from SAR 3.1 billion in 2024. This growth was mainly driven by international expansion in the sports travel segment of Portman Travel Group, in addition to strong performance in the individual, corporate, and government travel segments at Almosafer.

Q3 2025 net profit stood at SAR 34 million, a rise of 10.4% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 30.6 million.

 

On a sequential basis, net earnings soared from SAR 3.07 million.

 

Total shareholders’ equity (after minority interest) stood at SAR 5.80 billion by Sept. 30, 2025, down from SAR 6.55 billion a year earlier.
