Northern Cement posts SAR 37.1M profit for 9M 2025, SAR 16.1M for Q3

Northern Region Cement Co.’s net profit (before minority interest) declined to SAR 37.1 million in the first nine months of 2025, compared to SAR 81.6 million in the year-ago period.

The company attributed the nine-month earnings slump to the absence of gains from last year’s stake sale in an external investment during the current period. However, the pullback was partially offset by higher revenues thanks to the increased sales volume.

 

In Q3 2025, net earnings fell 11.6% to SAR 16.06 million, from SAR 18.16 million the year before.

Sequentially, however, the Saudi-listed cement producer’s bottomline rose 21.5% from SAR 13.22 million in Q2 2025.

 

Shareholders’ equity, after minority interest, amounted to SAR 2.24 billion as of Sept. 30, 2025, slightly down from SAR 2.27 billion in the year-earlier period.
