Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) posted a net profit of SAR 296 million in 2025, compared to SAR 215.1 million in 2024, driven mainly by higher gross profit from infrastructure projects and property sales.

The profit increase was also due to lower financing costs and higher income from Murabaha despite a 5.4% year-on-year (YoY) decline in revenues for 2025.

 

However, property sales revenue rose 14% YoY in 2025, while rental income increased 9%, supported by higher occupancy rates and an increase in the average rental price per square meter.

 

In Q4 2025, the company logged an 85% drop in net profit to SAR 27.5 million, from SAR 188.22 million in Q4 2024.

 

Sequentially, the developer's three-month bottom-line also fell 29.4% from SAR 38.90 million in Q3 2025.
