Herfy board recommends 10% cash dividend for 2020

Herfy Food Services Co.'s board of directors recommended today, March 9, 2021, the distribution of a 10% cash dividend for 2020, at SAR 1 per share.

 

Total dividend comprises SAR 35 million from 2020 profits and SAR 29.68 million from retained profit, the company said in a bourse filing.
