Saudi Electricity Co.’s (SEC) shareholders approved the board of directors’ recommendation of a 7% cash dividend for 2020, at SAR 0.70 per share, amounting to SAR 2.916 billion, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on April 27, 2021.
