Mouwasat shareholders approve 27.5% dividend for 2021

Mouwasat Medical Services Co.'s shareholders approved a 27.5% cash dividend for 2021, at SAR 2.75 per share, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 9, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders also agreed to stop setting aside 10% of net profit for the statutory reserve, as it reached 30% of capital as of Dec. 31, 2020. The decision is effective from the financials for the period ended on Dec. 31, 2021.
