Al Othaim pays SAR 0.30/share dividend for H1 2023

Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Co.’s board of directors declared a 30% cash dividend (SAR 0.30 per share) for H1 2023, amounting to SAR 270 million, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders approved the board's recommendation in June on reducing the stock's nominal value from SAR 10 to SAR 1 per share, according to data compiled by Argaam.
 

Total dividends for 2022 reached SAR 1.1 billion, or 122.5% of capital, at SAR 12.25 per share.
