AlJazira REIT pays 3.4% cash dividend for 2023

AlJazira REIT Fund will pay a 3.4% cash dividend, or SAR 0.34 per unit, to unitholders for 2023, AlJazira Capital, the fund manager, said in a statement to Tadawul.
