Mulkia REIT to pay 1% cash dividend for Q4 2023

Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT (Mulkia REIT) will pay a cash dividend of 1%, or SAR 0.10 a unit, to unitholders for Q4 2023, fund manager Mulkia Investment Co. said in a statement to Tadawul.
