Shaker’s OGM to vote on 5% cash dividend for 2024 on May 18

Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Co.’s shareholders will vote on the board's recommendation to distribute a 5% cash dividend (SAR 0.5 per share) for 2024, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) to be held on May 18, according to a statement to Tadawul.
