The board was also authorized to distribute semi-annual or quarterly dividends for 2025, the real estate developer said in a statement to Tadawul.
The shareholders also gave the go-ahead for transferring the entire SAR 184.7 million statutory reserve balance as of Dec. 31, 2024, to retained earnings.
Additionally, seven board members were elected for the next four-year term starting June 25, 2025.
