In a statement to Tadawul, SISCO’s shareholders ratified the employee long-term incentive plan (LTIP). They also authorized the board to set the required terms and conditions, besides making the necessary amendments, if necessary, including the allocation price per employee.
They also approved other agenda items, including the reallocation of treasury shares to employees’ LTIP.
Shareholders, moreover, green-lit the board’s recommendation to transfer the statutory reserve balance of SAR 106.9 million to the retained earnings balance as of Dec. 31, 2024, the statement added.
In addition, they approved authorizing the board to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2025.
