Aramco pays SAR 0.33/share in base, performance-linked dividend

Saudi Arabian Oil Co.’s (Saudi Aramco) board of directors declared a base dividend of SAR 79.29 billion, at SAR 0.3278 per share, for Q2 2025.

In a statement to Tadawul, the oil giant also announced the third payment of a performance-linked dividend of SAR 0.0034 a share, totaling SAR 822 million, based on the full 2024 results.

 

Total dividends stood at SAR 0.3312 per share.

 

The performance-linked dividend came as 70% of the free cash flows for 2024, excluding base dividends and other foreign investment amounts.
