SMC Healthcare OKs exceptional cash dividend at SAR 0.80/shr

Shareholders of Specialized Medical Co. (SMC Healthcare) approved the board’s recommendation to distribute exceptional cash dividends at 80% of capital, or SAR 0.80 per share, according to a statement to Tadawul.
