Shares of Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. (Cenomi Retail) hit the highest level since November 2021 of SAR 35.38 today, July 20.
The stock traded limit-down and closed at SAR 29.70, as nearly 9.92 million shares changed hands.
This came after Cenomi Retail received a notice from major shareholders on a 49.95% stake sale to Al-Futtaim Retail in a deal valued at SAR 2.5 billion.
