Makkah Construction to pay dividend for FY17/18 on June 6

Makkah Construction and Development Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year ended Jan. 2018 on June 6, 2018.

 Shareholders of record on May 21, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

Last week, the company’s general assembly approved a 20 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year ended Jan. 2018, at SAR 2 per share, amounting to SAR 329.6 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
