Retal to develop residential units and execute infrastructure works for NHC project
Retal Urban Development Co. signed on Dec. 1 an agreement with National Housing Co. (NHC) for a residential real estate project valued at SAR 5.2 billion in Al-Fursan suburb (Phase 3) in Riyadh.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the agreement primarily covers the development of 4,839 residential units (villas/apartments), in addition to executing the project’s infrastructure works.
