Taiba Holding changes name to Taiba Investment

Taiba Holding Co.’s shareholders approved on May 14 to change the firm’s name to Taiba Investment Company, it said in a bourse statement.

According to data compiled by Argaam, the company’s general assembly also approved yesterday to amend bylaws related to the company’s objectives and fiscal year.
