Tawuniya wins deal to provide health insurance services to NWC

The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) was awarded on Aug. 18 a contract with the National Water Co. (NWC) to provide cooperative health insurance services to the latter’s employees in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions, for a period of three years starting Aug. 25, 2025.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that that the contract value exceeds 5% of total revenue, based on the audited financial statements for 2024.

 

The contract is expected to be signed on Aug. 25, the statement noted, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.

 

The positive financial impact is expected to be reflected on gross written premiums over 2025, 2026, and 2027.

 

Tawuniya reported insurance revenue of SAR 18.27 billion in 2024, Argaam data showed.
