Zahrat Al Waha to discuss 7.5% dividend proposal on Nov. 21

Zahrat Al Waha For Trading Co.'s shareholders will discuss on Nov. 21 the board's recommendation on paying cash dividend at SAR 0.75 a share, or 7.5 percent of the stock's nominal value, totaling SAR 11.25 million for H1 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The dividend payment date will be revealed in 15 days, the statement added.

 

Shareholders of record on the second trading day following the general meeting date are entitled to receive dividend.
