Al-Jouf Cement shareholders to discuss board remuneration policy on Jan. 30

Al Jouf Cement Co. will hold its extraordinary general assembly (EGM) on January 30, 2020, it said in a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.

 

Shareholders will discuss amending the company’s articles of incorporation and the board’s remuneration policy.

 

The January 7 EGM was not held due to the lack of quorum.
