Chemanol resumes plants’ operations after scheduled maintenance

The Methanol Chemicals Co. (Chemanol) resumed operations at its methanol and dimethylformamide plants today, Feb. 4, after successfully completing the scheduled maintenance.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the maintenance work is expected to have a positive impact on the efficiency and performance of both the plants, adding the financial impact will appear in Q1 2020.

 

According to the data compiled by Argaam, Chemanol conducted scheduled maintenance for the plants to improve efficiency and reliability from Jan. 12 to Feb. 4.
