Qassim Cement’s shareholders to vote on FY 2019 dividend on March 4

Qassim Cement Co. invited its shareholders to attend the general assembly meeting that will be held on March 4, 2020 to vote on the distributed cash dividend for Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 of the fiscal year 2019.

 

Shareholders will also vote on delegating the board of directors to distribute dividend for FY 2020 on a quarterly basis.

 

Meanwhile, they will vote on discharging board members from liabilities during FY 2019 in addition to other items on the meeting agenda including related party transactions.
