Al-Sorayai shareholders to vote on changing company name on March 24

Al-Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group invited its shareholders to attend the extraordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on March 24, 2020, to vote on amending articles 2 & 3 of the company’s bylaws related to its name and objectives, the firm said in a bourse statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders will vote on amending the company’s name to Naseej International Group, and adding the following activities to the company’s objectives:

 

- Restaurants and food activities.

 

- Tourism activities.

 

- Energy activities.

 

- Insurance mediation activities.

 

The EGM will also vote on appointing Mansour Bin Saleh Al Hamad Al Kharboush as independent board member, replacing Monther Mohammed Abdullah Al-Sorayai, non-executive board, as of Feb. 26, 2020 and till the end of session on July 15, 2021.
