Arab National Bank to vote on 5% cash dividend for H2 2019 on March 30

Arab National Bank (ANB) invited its shareholders to attend the general assembly meeting that will be held on March 30, 2020 to vote on a 5% cash dividend for the second half of 2019.

 

Shareholders will also elect members of the board of directors for the upcoming term starting on April 1, 2020.

 

Additionally, they will elect members of the audit committee for the upcoming term as well.
