Umm Al-Qura Cement shareholders to vote on board, audit reports on April 6

Umm Al-Qura Cement Co.’s shareholders will vote on audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2019 during the general meeting that will be held on April 6, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders will also vote on the board report for the same period and will also discharge members of the board of directors from liabilities during FY2019.

Meanwhile, they will vote on appointing an external auditor to audit the company’s financials for FY2020 and Q1 2021, and related party transactions.
