Saudi Enaya shareholders to vote on board, audit reports on June 30

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders will vote on audited financial statements, as well as board and audit reports for the fiscal year 2019 during the ordinary general meeting that will be held on June 30, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

They will also vote on appointing an external auditor to audit Q2, Q3, Q3 and FY2020, in addition to Q1 2021, and discharging board members from liabilities for FY2019.

 

Meanwhile, shareholders will vote on appointing Khalid Abid Gama as an independent board member, and Khaled Abdullah AImass, a representative of the National Health Insurance Company (Daman), as a non-executive board member.

 

They will further vote on the appointment of Kinana Ghaleb Al-Sharif, and Sultan Mohammad Abdul Raouf as independent audit committee members, as well as endorsing business and contracts concluded last year.

 

Shareholders will participate and vote on the meeting agenda items through Tadawulaty system as of June 26, as per the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) circular issued on March 16, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
