Tabuk Cement shareholders to vote on amending articles of incorporation

Tabuk Cement Co.’ shareholders are set to vote on amending article number 7 from the company’s articles of incorporation, during the extraordinary general meeting that will be held on Aug. 19, 2020, according to a bourse filing.

The company clarified that amending article no. 7 was related to the approval of OGM’s meeting held on March 18, 2020 to reduce the company’s capital.

Shareholders will also vote on amending articles 20, 29, 40, and 42 of the company’s articles of incorporation.

Shareholders will participate and vote on the meeting agenda items through Tadawulaty system as of Aug. 15, 2020, as per the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) circular issued on March 16, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
