Al Sagr names Fahad Al-Turki as chairman, Majid Al-Sari as deputy chairman

Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. appointed Fahad Al-Turki as chairman of the board of directors and Majid Al-Sari as deputy chairman, based on the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority’s (SAMA) no-objection letter and the board’s recommendation.

 

The company said in a bourse statement that the board’s investment committee, nominations and remuneration committee, executive committee and risk management committee were formed.

 

The board also nominated members of the audit committee for the current term ending on June 14, 2023, to be approved by the company’s general assembly.
