Jadwa Investment Company announced today that it has updated the terms and conditions of Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund, according to a bourse filing.
The fund manager said the changes will take effect on Sept. 22, 2020, adding that the changes are as follows:
-Cover page has been updated in compliance with the Real Estate Investment Traded Funds Instructions.
-Important notice section has been updated in compliance with the Real Estate Investment Traded Funds Instructions.
-Definitions list has been updated to include the following definitions: “Ordinary Fund Resolution” and “Special Fund Resolution” in compliance with the related rules and regulations.
-Administrator fee has been updated in compliance with administrator agreement.
-Voting rights section has been updated and some parts were moved to other sections.
-Description of Initial Assets section has been updated to reflect the current status of the Fund’s portfolio.
-Summary of Fund Strategies has been updated to expand the fund's investment scope and achieve better returns for investors.
-Risks of Investing in the Fund section has been updated In line with the proposed changes.
-“Member Suitability” point under Fund board section has been updated in compliance with the Real Estate Investment Traded Funds Instructions.
-“Material Conflicts of Interest” point under Fund manager section has been updated In line with the proposed changes.
-Financial Statements section has been updated in compliance with the Real Estate Investment Traded Funds Instructions.
-Conflict of interest section has been updated In line with the proposed changes and in compliance with the Real Estate Investment Traded Funds Instructions.
-Reporting to Unitholders section has been updated in compliance with the Real Estate Investment Traded Funds Instructions.
-Other information section has been updated to include “unitholders meetings” in compliance with the Real Estate Investment Traded Funds Instructions.
