Banque Saudi Fransi launches inquiry service for uncollected dividend

Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) launched a new feature to assist in the inquiries regarding uncollected dividend for the previous years, it said in a statement to Tadawul.

The feature, which is part of the bank’s efforts to protect the shareholders rights and interests, can be accessed through the link: https://register.alfransi.com.sa/DividendInquiry/

The user will also need to enter an identification number -- National ID, Hafida number, Iqama number, or Commercial Registry number.

In case there are any uncollected dividends, a message will inform the user without disclosing outstanding amount.

The bank also asked shareholders who have uncollected dividends from previous years to visit Banque Saudi Fransi branch to cash them.

Shareholders who have shares certificates should deposit in their investment portfolios by submitting a request to the Securities Depository Center (Edaa), the statement said.
