Saudi Cabinet approves unified general system for GCC property owners

The Saudi Cabinet, headed by King Salman, approved today, Oct.14, the adoption of the unified general system for real estate owners of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) regarding the management of neutral zone and building maintenance for a period of four years.

 

The Cabinet also ratified adding a representative of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the Saudi Data and AI Authority to the membership of the E-Commerce Council.

 

Meanwhile, the Cabinet amended the name, Equestrian High Commission, to be Saudi Arabian Equestrian Federation, and Article 4 of the authority's regulation issued by Cabinet Resolution No. (576) related to the authority’s Board of Directors.
