National Building shareholders to elect new board on March 4

National Building and Marketing Co.'s shareholders are set to vote on electing members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting March 7, 2021, during the ordinary general meeting that will be held on March 4, 2021.

 

Shareholders will be able to participate and vote on agenda items through Tadawulaty services as of March 1, the company said in a bourse filing today, Feb. 11, 2021.
